With decades of experience delivering exceptional customer and client service, she is known for her friendly, personable approach and warm, welcoming demeanor. Before joining the team, she served as Office Manager for Wichita State University's Molecular Diagnostics Laboratory.

A longtime Wichita resident, she was raised on a farm, an upbringing that continues to shape her values and remains close to her heart. She and her husband, Doug, welcome every opportunity to escape to a beach or the mountains. She treasures the time and traditions she shares with her daughters, grandchildren, and large extended family. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, raiding local nurseries each spring to fuel her passion for container gardening, and the occasional girls' night out.
